On the PURCHASE page you can complete your purchase online with just a few clicks. You can pay for the minicruises by credit card using Paypal.
You can still use PayPal. After confirming the purchase, select the item "I don’t have a PayPal account"; and follow the procedure step by step. The system will show you how to complete the payment entering your credit card data.
On completion of the payment you will receive an e-mail with the ticket/voucher showing all the information of the trip purchased (excursion, date and departure time).
If you have requested an invoice the document will also arrive by via e-mail later.
If you don’t receive the confirmation e-mail or the attachments, there may be a number of reasons:
The booking has not been completed or accepted; the e-mail address has been written incorrectly; there is a technical problem.
In all cases, write to us on the CONTACTS page of the web site and we will send you a copy of the vouchers.
We can organise special rates for groups of 10 or more persons. Send us an e-mail indicating which excursion you intend to take and the number of persons; we will send you an estimate.
This depends on the minicruise chosen. On average you have two and a half hours of free time to visit the island. Before you disembark the staff will tell you what time to return.
Our boats are modern and well-equipped. On board you will find a snack-bar, lounge with seats, toilettes, seats on deck... everything to ensure you have a comfortable trip.
On board there are professional tourist guides who provide explanations during the trip.
Everyone can board our vessels. In general it is better if persons with motory problems travel with an accompanying person. For any further information do not hesitate to contact us.
In the event of cancellation, the reimbursement is agreed only in the cases covered by current regulations; the cancellation must be received by TARNAV no later than 48 hours before the start of the journey after which the right to reimbursement cannot be claimed. In all cases the Company will reimburse the amount paid at the time of purchase applying a withholding of 40% of the amount by way of penalty and recovery of administrative costs.
Tickets bought at promotional rates cannot be reimbursed.
TARNAV reserves the right to consider the variation requests received depending on the availability of excursions. Variation requests must be made in writing to the address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yes, you can park your vehicle on the road, in unattended car parks, pay parking areas (blue lines). Tickets, also for the whole day, can be bought at a ticket office near our Agency.
All the activities of the vessel are at the discretion of the Commander. It will therefore be up to the Commander to assess the weather forecasts and decide whether or not the excursion will take place. In the event of cancellation due to prohibitive weather conditions we will inform customers the evening before departure at the very latest. If the trip is cancelled on account of weather conditions another date will be proposed.
